Job summary

Taco Bell Franchise is seeking a Dynamic, High Caliber Restaurant General Manager who leads with Passion, Purpose, and proven Leadership Experience from fast food, quick service, or full-service restaurant settings. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Leadership Experience in a high-volume fast food, QSR, or restaurant setting.
• Passion for developing People and building strong, engaged Teams.
• Experience of Profit & Loss Accountability
• Effective Communication, Coaching, and Decision-Making Skills
• A commitment to Hospitality, Quality, and Operational Excellence
• Must be at least 21 years old with dependable transportation
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
