KBP Foods, a leading KFC franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy team, drive profitability, and uphold service standards. Based in Missouri, you will oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and guest experience to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

The role offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, education support, and training programs.

Qualifikationen

1+ year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
Must be 18 years or older.
Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand for full shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Aufgaben

Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
Conduct inventory counts every other week.
Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests have a friendly experience with a quality product.
