• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Strong leadership and training development experience.
• Experience maintaining health, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward top performers while promoting equity and belonging.
• Strategically schedule staff to optimize service and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and drive profitability without compromising service.
• Stay informed about competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty initiatives.
