Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Bend, OR to lead the restaurant team and drive exceptional guest experiences.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, schedule effectively, and manage budgets to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality service. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to Taco Bell’s culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentoring Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster equity and belonging.
• Address and resolve conflicts promptly, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and swiftly resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize customer service and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze restaurant financials, manage the budget and maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors and aim to exceed their standards.
