Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Boise to lead the team and shape the restaurant culture and guest experience. You will hire, onboard, train, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads while managing scheduling and performance.

Qualifications

5+ years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
Exceptional communication skills, including written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
Develop comprehensive training plans and mentor managers and trainers.

Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a great experience.
Strategically schedule staff to optimize service and profitability.
Analyze financial performance and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
