Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the TEAM, set the tone of the work environment, and ensure guests receive great food and a friendly experience. You will hire, onboard, train, schedule, and manage the restaurant budget while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a track record in people development. You will champion Taco Bell's culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging while delivering outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant or retail management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.
• Champions Taco Bell's culture with a focus on equity, inclusion and belonging.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and orient top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive training plan.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster inclusion.
• Address conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service, coach CHAMPS standards, and lead rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and strive to exceed standards in digital presence and loyalty programs.
