Diversified Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager for an Arby’s in Pahrump, NV. You will mentor the team, drive world-class operations, and focus on profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant leadership, Serv Safe certification, and strong English communication, with a 45-hour work week and a flexible schedule. You will report to the Area Coach and Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Serv Safe Certification required.
• Maintain health card per local/state requirements.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor a team of high-potential individuals to become leaders.
• Strive for world-class operations with exceptional service, pristine facilities, and strong financials.
• Manage P&L to maximize profitability while keeping costs under control.
• Lead and communicate effectively between upper management and staff with an open-door policy.
• Provide ongoing training workshops, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
