The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in a restaurant setting, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible hours. Eligible candidates must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading a diverse restaurant team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Display drive, punctuality, and responsibility in scheduled shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support the team to provide their best service to customers.
• Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate capacity and a welcoming experience.
• Maintain a positive family culture by coaching and hiring the right fit.
• Oversee ordering and inventory to keep product levels sufficient.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety following guidelines.
• Handle customer issues calmly and resolve wellness concerns.
• Execute marketing plans on time to build repeat visits.
• Review profit and loss with the District Manager and act on findings.
