DRM Arby's in Onalaska, WI is seeking a restaurant team leader to inspire and support staff, build a welcoming environment, and manage scheduling, ordering, and safety practices. The role emphasizes community impact, coaching, and maintaining a high standard of guest experience.

You will help drive performance, maintain quality, and foster a positive family culture while meeting customer demand and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs, and use your hands to prepare the meatiest sandwiches.
• Display drive, determination, punctuality, and maintain responsibility in working scheduled shifts.
• Background check completed satisfactorily & be at least 18 years old.
• Adequate driving record to include valid driver’s license & insurance.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers in ensuring they meet their hunger needs to fulfill their DReaM’s in making a difference in our communities.
• Generate weekly schedules to provide customers with a positive and welcoming experience.
• Coach, discipline, and hire the right fit applicants to maintain a family culture for employees and customers.
• Oversee and participate in routine ordering and inventory practices to maintain product supply.
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
• Review profit and loss statements and progress toward goals with the District Manager and take action as needed.
