Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading a diverse restaurant team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license & insurance
• Background check completed & be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team to provide great service to customers
• Generate weekly schedules to meet demand and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Oversee ordering and inventory to ensure adequate product levels
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean and adheres to safety guidelines
• Coach staff and resolve issues to maintain team wellbeing and performance
• Review progress with the District Manager and take action to meet goals
