Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and use your hands to prepare meat sandwiches.
• Display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in scheduled shifts.
• Background check completed satisfactorily and be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers.
• Generate weekly schedules to provide customers with a positive and welcoming experience.
• Maintain an inviting and positive family culture for employees and customers through coaching and hiring the right fit.
• Oversee ordering and inventory to supply product and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
• Be adaptable to various situations to support your team’s abilities.
• Resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns calmly.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed on time to drive repeat visits.
• Review profit and loss with the District Manager and take necessary actions.
