Job summary

DRM Arby’s in Wisconsin is seeking a restaurant leader to inspire and support a team, ensuring timely service and a welcoming experience for guests. You’ll generate weekly schedules, guide coaching and hiring, and oversee inventory to keep products available.

You’ll drive cleanliness and food safety, handle customer issues, execute marketing plans, review financials with the District Manager, and help build a positive, fun workplace.

Qualifications

• Desire to grow and succeed in your personal & professional development.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs, and use your hands to prepare the meatiest sandwiches.
• Drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts.
• 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education.
• Adequate driving record to include valid driver’s license & insurance.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work independently with a variety of personalities.
• Background check completed satisfactorily & be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
