Job summary

Smashburger in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, develop Restaurant Managers and shift leaders, and build a high‑performing team focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will manage staffing, training, onboarding, performance and relations, control labor and costs, and drive sales through scheduling, local marketing and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Restaurant General Manager experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and team members.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and adherence to policies.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns.
