Smashburger is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and performance at our Mesa location. You will lead Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and front-line staff, ensuring high standards of service, training, and onboarding while maintaining policies, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

You will drive labor and cost controls, manage inventory, and help grow sales through scheduling, community engagement, and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in restaurants.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and team members.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and policy compliance.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Manage labor, inventory, and operating costs to improve financial performance.
