Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Work at the front counter to ensure quality service and handle customer complaints.
• Lead meetings with team to plan, train, and review procedures.
• Develop and maintain sales while utilizing local marketing.
• Monitor costs (utilities, supplies) and analyze profits; manage inventory.
• Create and post labor schedules; adjust staffing to sales volume.
• Manage cash handling and deposits; follow cash procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment and health department standards.
• Recruiting, hiring approvals, payroll processing, and personnel files.
• Conduct performance reviews and document discipline as needed.
