Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements; basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in communication, leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant to Taco Bell standards and ensure quality service.
• Train and coach employees; manage front counter service and customer interactions.
• Plan meetings, monitor operations, and implement procedures.
• Develop sales, control costs, and manage inventory and labor schedules.
• Handle cash, deposits, and payroll in a compliant manner.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness with proper attire and image.
