KBP Inspired (Arby’s franchise) is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in North Carolina to lead operations, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will manage staff, optimize labor and inventory, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand/walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire restaurant staff and managers.
• Coach and train employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction.
