Job summary

KBP Foods in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will manage labor, inventory, cash controls, and safety while building a strong leadership team.

You’ll recruit and coach Team Members and Shift Managers, monitor costs with inventory counts, and create a welcoming, clean restaurant where guests receive outstanding service and quality food.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food
