Job summary

KBP Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Raleigh to lead people, operations, and financial performance for the restaurant. You will recruit and develop a strong team, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver solid results with a focus on profitability and growth into above-store leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Restaurant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
