Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees to deliver operational excellence and restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests enjoy a friendly experience with quality products.
