Job summary

JEM Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking rockstar Restaurant General Managers to lead operations in Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA. These roles oversee daily activities and inspire teams of 10-45 crew members while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will direct, train, and develop Managers and Team Members, ensure food safety, control inventory, and drive budgets, sales, and profitability with a people-first, fast-paced approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
