Job summary

JEM Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking rockstar Restaurant General Managers to lead operations in Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA. These roles oversee daily activities and inspire teams of 10-45 crew members while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will direct, train, and develop Managers and Team Members, ensure food safety, control inventory, and drive budgets, sales, and profitability with a people-first, fast-paced approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week.
• Strong customer service and profitability focus.
• Ability to work irregular shifts.
• Direct and develop managers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members.
• Manage food safety, guest service, inventory, and equipment.
