Shake Shack in the Richmond, VA area is seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead restaurant operations, coach the team, and drive profitability with a customer-first mindset. You will oversee payroll, scheduling, inventory, and compliance while promoting Shake Shack’s brand in the local community.

The role emphasizes hospitality leadership, P&L responsibility, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of operations, budgeting, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to train others and champion hospitality across the Shack.
• Proven leadership and coaching to achieve excellence and drive results.
