Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and car insurance required.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• Completion of Next Step Management Development program required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train restaurant team members.
• Direct and evaluate staff performance and development.
• Ensure guest service standards and uphold brand culture.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and budgeting to meet targets.
• Oversee health and safety compliance and food safety procedures.
• Partner with Operations Director and HR on disciplinary actions and escalations.
