Job summary

KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Garner, NC to lead people, operations, and financial performance of the restaurant. You'll build a strong team, deliver a great guest experience, and have the opportunity to grow into above-store leadership.

You will own profitability by managing labor, inventory, and cash controls, recruit and coach staff, and ensure a welcoming environment with quality food. Benefits include medical, PTO, education support, and meals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members and Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong results.
• Complete inventory counts and use results to control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
