Job summary

KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the Raleigh area to lead daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is a frontline leadership position with potential for future advancement to General Manager and above-store opportunities.

You will influence performance, manage labor and costs, and uphold brand standards while delivering outstanding service. Training is provided and a structured development path exists.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability.
