KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, in Richmond, VA, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead people, operations, and financial performance. You’ll build a strong team, deliver a great guest experience, and have opportunities to grow into above-store leadership.

You’ll own profitability, recruit and coach the team, manage costs, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality dining environment. This role includes training and a performance-based bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year RG Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food
