KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at one of our locations. You will manage a team, implement strategies, and drive profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction and food quality.

Qualifications

• One year or more as Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence and restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts on a biweekly basis.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality products.
