KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our KFC franchise operations in Durham, NC. You will lead a team, drive profitability, manage labor, and ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail (profit and loss responsibility preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality product.
