Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing daily operations, inventory, scheduling, and cash handling.

You’ll ensure food safety and brand standards, drive sales through cost control and local marketing, recruit and train teammates, and foster a positive, inclusive, and fun work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus!).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
