You will recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members, coach staff to drive sales and profitability, and monitor performance to meet service standards. This role emphasizes training, safety, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management skills.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training to restaurant staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans for improvement.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to staff.
• Execute new product rollouts including training and marketing.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Complete weekly labor schedules to meet demand.
• Conduct self-assessments and action plans.
• Ensure restaurant budget is met according to franchisee.
• Manage cash handling policies.
• Collaborate with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations as needed.
