Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Melissa, TX is seeking a General Manager who models hospitality, leads with integrity, and builds a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong store performance.

You will oversee operations, drive sales, manage costs, mentor staff, ensure quality and safety standards, and act as brand ambassador while working to achieve daily KPIs and guest satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial awareness and confidence in decision‑making.
• Superior leadership and team‑building abilities; ability to coach and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Resourcefulness and problem‑solving skills; initiative and a self‑starting work ethic.
• Organizational and numerical skills to manage budgets, inventory and schedules.
• Proficiency with technology and IT systems (scheduling software, spreadsheets, POS).
• Enthusiasm for guest service and a commitment to providing a premier product.
• A minimum of one year in a restaurant management or shift‑lead role in full‑service, casual dining or quick‑service settings.
