You will drive sales and profitability by managing labor, inventory, and operations, while coaching staff and maintaining brand standards. The role requires a hands-on leader who can adapt to a fast-paced restaurant environment, train associates, and guide the team to achieve KPIs.

• Lead the Team & Build Culture by recruiting, training, coaching and developing a high-performing staff.
• Drive Results & Manage Operations to hit sales, labor and inventory goals.
• Develop the Team with hands-on training and on‑floor presence.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance maintaining GPS and safety standards.
• Financial Oversight including budgets, prime costs and profitability.
• Guest Focus & Recovery to build loyalty and resolve issues.
• Adapt & Execute in a fast-paced, evolving restaurant environment.
• Performance Metrics & Expectations with weekly reports and KPIs.
