Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a shift lead or manager in a full-service, casual dining or quick-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to deliver guest service and develop staff.
• Experience reading financial statements, sales, or activity reports.
• Proficiency with desktop software and spreadsheets; labor management and P&Ls a plus.
