Charter Foods seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and set the tone for outstanding hospitality. You will hire, train, and develop staff, schedule and supervise operations, and manage budgets to ensure great food and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees, conduct new hire orientation and execute the training plan for each new hire.
• Schedule and deploy the Team, address performance issues, assist in resolving customer issues and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication to develop people and maintain a positive work environment.
