Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee all restaurant operations, hire and develop staff, conduct orientations and implement training plans, and ensure optimal scheduling and performance.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. The role requires managing budgets, addressing customer issues, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and food quality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.
