Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly dining experience.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, schedule and deploy teams, address performance issues, and manage customer issues alongside budgeting and financial planning. A track record of leadership, strong communication, and a positive attitude are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
