Charter Foods seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and set the tone for a high-performing, hospitality-focused environment. You will drive operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in food service or retail, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and customer issues while developing staff and fostering a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic business math and accounting; strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and hospitality.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and execute training plans.
• Schedule and deploy the team; address performance issues; resolve customer issues; manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication; develop people and maintain a positive attitude.
