Job summary

Taco Bell in the United States is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team, recruit and train Crew, Shift Leads, and Managers, and uphold brand standards for exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage onboarding, training programs, and performance recognition, drive P&L performance, schedule strategically, and champion equity, inclusion, and belonging while delivering profitable operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads to build a strong team.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance while fostering equity and belonging.
• Address conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and quickly resolve issues to ensure positive experiences.
• Strategically schedule staff to optimize service and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors and strive to exceed standards in digital presence and loyalty programs.
