Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in the United States to lead a dynamic team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and promote a culture of equity and belonging while managing a 50-hour week and balancing payroll with profitability.

You'll oversee budgeting, scheduling, and training to maximize performance and growth, while ensuring food safety and brand standards are met across operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Adheres to corporate policies and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor leadership
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster inclusion.
• Address conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on CHAMPS standards.
• Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
