Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence.
