Hardee's Fayetteville is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, drive sales growth, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability. This hands-on role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and a strong guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will interview and hire staff, schedule shifts, train managers and crew, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and HR policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Good References.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Strong conflict-resolution, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to handle guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train the management team and crew using the current training system; evaluate performance.
• Develop individual development plans to improve performance.
• Lead by example; coach, counsel, and discipline as needed.
• Conduct staff meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and product supply; ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
