Bojangles is seeking a General Manager in Arizona to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and drive profitable sales growth. You will coach a high-performing team, manage resources, and uphold Bojangles' standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, budgeting, labor and inventory control, and maintaining a safe, welcoming dining environment.

Qualificações

2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR/fast casual preferred).
Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
Strong financial acumen with budgets, labor, and food costs.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

Oversee all restaurant operations including food prep, service, staffing, and inventory control.
Coach and develop team to achieve goals and deliver service.
Manage P&L to meet budgeted financial targets.
Ensure compliance with policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Recruit, train and schedule staff to maximize productivity and control labor costs.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address complaints professionally.
Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Collaborate with District Manager on regional initiatives.
