Job summary

Bojangles' is seeking an experienced General Manager in East Ridge, TN to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, drive sales, and foster an unbeatable work culture. You will manage people, training, and quality standards while ensuring a clean, safe dining environment and exceptional guest experiences.

Your role includes coaching teams, monitoring financials, and implementing brand initiatives to achieve profitability and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience managing units with drive-thrus preferred
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred
• High School Diploma preferred
• Open availability and ability to work 50 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and develops Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members.
• Maintains brand standards and food safety hygiene.
• Trains staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience and achieve service goals.
• Manages cash, inventory, and profitability while ensuring accuracy of data.
• Communicates with District Manager and leads daily operations to drive results.
