Job summary

MOD Pizza in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (GM) to lead the squad, drive store performance and deliver MOD experiences.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and inventory, while upholding our values of growth, generosity and gratitude.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60k-$75k per year with potential quarterly bonus, plus training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience and/or college education in Business or related field.
• Experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Desire to lead with courage and the willingness to put the needs of others ahead of your own.
• Ability to create a safe environment while holding your team accountable to be their best.
• Experience successfully training, developing, and leading teams.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
• Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with labor management/schedule creation and inventory management.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
