Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading leaders in restaurant management.
• Experience executing training, performance and staffing programs in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read and develop action plans from financials.
• Proven ability to collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Marketing and other functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends and undergo food safety/alcohol certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the entire squad and other leaders, ensuring accountability for performance.
• Review restaurant results and develop action plans to improve or maintain performance using available tools (P&L, scorecard).
• Own staffing and build talent pipelines, conduct compassionate and compliant interviews.
• Follow policies for all employee processing and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Utilize training plans to move new hires along learning journeys and measure progress.
• Engage with the community and lead fundraising, catering, and other initiatives.
