MOD Pizza in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, coach a squad of leaders, and deliver the MOD commitment to guests. You will drive profitability, training, and community involvement while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading leaders in restaurant management.
• Experience executing training, performance and staffing programs in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong business acumen with ability to read financials and build action plans.
• Prior experience coordinating with HR, Supply Chain, Marketing and other functions.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Willing to support restaurant hours including peak demand times.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the entire squad with focus on developing leadership capabilities.
• Review restaurant results and develop action plans using MOD tools (P&L, scorecard).
• Own staffing and build talent pipelines, interviewing with dignity for every applicant.
• Ensure compliance documentation across the employee lifecycle.
• Use MOD training plans to move new hires along learning journeys.
• Be an ambassador for community engagement and lead fundraising and catering efforts.
• Plan staffing using forecasts and labor models while maintaining service levels.
• Maintain Loss Prevention and Asset Protection procedures for cash handling and safety.
• Manage performance with timely feedback and accountability to standards.
• Oversee ordering and inventory to meet targets.
• Communicate internal changes and attend meetings and trainings.
• Build strong vendor relationships to keep a high-quality experience.
