Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations. As GM, you will be accountable for financial results, uphold policies and procedures, and drive the guest experience.

In this role you will recruit, train, and develop staff, protect the brand, and ensure top service standards while managing inventory, scheduling, and local store marketing to boost sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferable.
• Two to four years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including facilities management, cash handling, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members and store managers; manage performance.
• Drive profitability through local store marketing, community engagement, and inventory/labor management.
