Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and guest experience.

You will open and close shifts, supervise both front and back of house staff, manage staffing levels, training, scheduling, and financial performance while maintaining high service standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential to mentor staff and ensure a welcoming, efficient dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in restaurant management in a full-service setting.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable, dependable, and motivated.
• Able to work 10+ hour shifts with extensive standing/walking.
• May lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open, mid, or closing shifts and oversee guest relations.
• Supervise FOH/BOH staff and staffing levels.
• Maintain proper restaurant ambiance, housekeeping, safety and pace.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and staff development.
• Coach staff to uphold service standards and resolve issues.
