Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish and coaching staff to deliver the highest service standards.

You will oversee opening through closing shifts, manage FOH/BOH teams, control food & beverage quality, safety, and pace, and drive staffing, training, and financial goals. This role offers growth from within and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years as a manager in a full-service restaurant or a minimum 2-year degree in Restaurant Management/Operations.
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Solid track record of success and upward career progression in prior roles.
• Strong communication skills; dependable, reliable, and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening, mid-, and closing shifts; manage guest relations and staffing levels.
• Supervise FOH/BOH staff, scheduling, and maintain proper restaurant ambiance and cleanliness.
• Ensure food & beverage quality, safety, and pace; address emergencies as needed.
• Lead staffing, training, development, and financial goal attainment for the assigned group.
